Three Rivers Jenbé Ensemble-Remix

Remix best of TRIAAC’s performance groups

The Three Rivers Jenbé/Remix Ensemble is a blending of TRIAAC’s two premier performance Ensembles and graduate students that, in the last 14 years, collectively have performed to more than 400,000 people throughout the tri-state region and to as far-flung venues as Vermont to Guinea, West Afrika.

TRJE Remix propagates, preserves, and presents an authentic interpretation of traditional Mandé music, dance, and song. The members include Taylor Reid, a senior at New Tech High School, Ellen Moussou, a junior at Concordia Lutheran High School, Kemit Oladuwa, a sophomore at Canterbury High School, graduate students Alexa Alexander, Jordan Chaney, and Julia Tankel, and Abass Camara, Remix musical director, and Ketu Oladuwa, TRIAAC artistic director.

Beginning in March 2013, the TRJE Remix Ensemble will be available for weekend bookings. For more information, contact TRIAAC at 260 413‑4430 or email triaacadmin@comcast.net.

If you have a request for a specific performance date, please hit the button and fill out the form and return it to TRIAAC via email or Fax: 260 969‑0985.
